At EZRO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.

  • The item is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use or wear

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products

  • Items purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly delivered

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at ezrofficial52@gmail.com.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the applicable refund or exchange.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For COD orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another approved payment method.

  • Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size received

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect products delivered

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will be subject to the return process outlined above.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, EZRO will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to customer preference, size issues, or change of mind, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

EZRO reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
