Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across most serviceable pin codes. The COD option will appear at checkout if it's available for your address.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email and SMS so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn footwear in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed promptly.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Reach out to our team with your order number and the size you'd like. We'll arrange a pickup and ship out the new pair as soon as the original is on its way back.
